Xavier University of Louisiana Confucius Institute will host the 7th Annual Conference of the Southeast Chinese Language Association in New Orleans, Louisiana from November 10-11, 2017.

The SECLA Annual Conference is a great opportunity to share teaching expereinces, learn newest trends in Chinese language teaching, and to network with your colleagues in the field.

Call for Papers & Proposals

The 7th Annual Conference of the Southeast Chinese Language Association (SECLA) planning committee welcomes (1) videos for teaching demonstrations and (2) proposals for interactive presentations. The conference invites discussions on American context-based Chinese language and culture education.



The registration deadline is October 28th. Note that due to time constraints, we are not able to refund paid registration fees for any reason.
