College of Pharmacy

Admission Requirements

centralized application starting July 2014

Starting Fall 2014, the College of Pharmacy will move to a centralized application system under PharmCAS. PharmCAS'Äô WebAdMIT allows an applicant to upload an application, grade information, references, statement of interest, PCAT scores, and TOFEL scores (if applicable). The student must send official transcript(s) from each U.S. college or university they have attended directly to PharmCAS.¬†

If an applicant has had previous college work outside the United States, the applicant must have his/her records evaluated by a U.S foreign credential evaluation service. A PharmCAS fee of $150 is charged for processing, which also includes a centralized criminal background check.   Once the PharmCAS application is complete, the College of Pharmacy will require qualified applicants to submit a supplemental application and other materials for admissions consideration to Xavier University College of Pharmacy.  Initial applications may be entered between July 2014 and Nov. 3, 2014.
